Ordering & Payment

• Why has no one responded to my emails to Customer Service?

  There must be an error somewhere since we take ALL emails seriously and try to email back within 24 hours. We want to give the best customer service and will go to just about any length to provide this.

• Can I change my username?

  Unfortunately it is not possible to change your username, this is something we want to keep unique within our site.

• Do you accept international orders?

  Yes we do, with open arms.

• Why was I charged sales tax?

  Different countries have different sales taxes which we need to charge in our country to stay legit with the taxman.

• Is my credit card info secure?

  Yes. We have the greatest respect for the security and privacy of our customers.

• Is it safe to browse and buy tees from your website?

  Our website is fully secure and all information is protected and processed with the upmost care and respect. For more information please see our Privacy Policy here.

• Can I cancel my user account?

  Yes. If you wish to cancel, email us and we will take care of it.

• How can I look up my order number?

  On your account page you can view your order number on the order history button.

• Was my order placed if I wasn’t sent a confirmation email?

  If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact customer service for more information on the specific matter.

• What payment methods can I use to purchase my tee(s)?

  Paypal, Ideal (Netherlands), Fasterpay (England), Giropay (Germany), (visa and mastercard will follow).

• How can I cancel an order (obviously only in the case of a catastrophic emergency)?

  Send an email with your details within the 24hour time frame of your purchase and then we will refund your payment within 24 hours. If your item has already been shipped then please see return policy here

• How do I place my order?

  You can select your tee in our “shop” section and then follow through in our lovely simple checkout system.

• How does a reprint request work?

  At this moment we will not be reprinting designs as these will be one time only prints, but suggestions are always welcome.

• How do I add items to my order?

  In the shop section, select your design, size and it will be automatically be added to your shopping cart where you can choose your payment options.
   

• How do I pay for my order?

  You can pay with PayPal (World Wide), Direct eBanking (Germany, Switzerland, Belgium and Austria), Fasterpay (United Kingdom), ideal (Netherlands). We will be getting Creditcards (Mastercard and Visa) and Giropay (Germany) shortly.

• Why are some of the tees out of stock?

  We sell limited edition tees (100 of each design) spread through male, female and their sizes, so if they are out of stock then they are sold out.

• How do I check my order status?

  You will receive an email from us the very second we ship out your tee.

• Do you accept Paypal?

  Yes we do.

Shipping & Returns

• How do you Ship?

  We ship with TnT postal service.

• I want to return my tee, what do I do?

  You may return your item(s) within 15 days of receipt for replacement or refund. After 15 days, Limitedtshirts.com cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects. Please click here to view our return policy.

• Can I track my shipment?

  At this moment you cannot track your shipment, we will be offering this in the near future, rest assure, we are working on this.

Artists & Designs

• How can I submit a design?

  The first step is to join limitedtshirts.com. Become a member of our community. Step two: click the design pool tab on the website, and click “submit” in the top left corner of the page and presto… the submissions begin.

• What do I receive for a winning design?

  When you win your design goes to print. You retain all rights to your image and royalty fee of 2 euro per tee sold. And of course we send you your designed tee.

• How can I register as an artist?

  Go to ‘Join Us’, create your own profile and select ‘Artist’ on the page.

• How long does it take for a submission to be up for voting?

  We try are best to have it reviewed within 3 days after the initial upload. Then it will depend on how many approved designs are waiting in the queue. We put 2 designs into the voting pool every sunday.

• How are designers paid for a winning design?

  We use paypal and wire transfers. fees may apply, depending on your location. Once your design is selling, we will pay the artists at 50 euro intervals. For example, there is little use wiring 2 euro every time a tee is sold. Once it banks 50 euro of profit for the artist, you will be able to request your funds from the “money made” section of your limitedtshirts.com account.

• Do I keep the rights to my artwork?

  Yes you do.

• How can I remove my design from the site?

  At any time, anywhere, in any mood, you can contact us. We will get on it.

• What is the design pool?

  The design pool is the collection of the submitted art that people can view and vote on. All designs that are in the pool have yet to be printed. If you see a design you like/love/would die to have, make sure you, and everyone you know, vote for it. The designs will stay up for a maximum of 30 days within the pool and then be taken down. Every 2 weeks the design with the highest number of votes will be printed!

• How does the voting system work?

  Once your design is submitted to the pool, we let it swim around in there for 30 days and collect votes from the members of our community. Every 2 weeks we pick the design with the highest number of votes to go to print.

• How long does Limitedtshirts.com own a design for?

  We never own the design. We receive the right from the artists to print it under the limitedtshirts.com brand.

• I just submitted a design but I don't see it in the Design Pool section yet. Where is it?

  Don't freak just yet. It could be for several reasons! Either we are still reviewing your design before uploading it on the Design Pool, there is a queue of designs. We upload 2 designs each week...or it could be that it didn’t meet our entry requirements, in which case we we’ll let you know. If you have any questions you can always email us at cs@limitedtshirts.com.

• What is your privacy policy?

• What do I get if my design is used?

  Compensation for artists is now € 2 per tee sold, with each design selling at a limited edition amount of 100. The biggest benefit for the artists is that they retain full rights of their design once it's sold out!

• Do you ever refuse designs and why?

  Yes it may happen! Our designs are reviewed by our Artist Director and Guest Editor before joining the Design Pool and those that contain overly offensive, explicit or sexual content will be rejected. Copyrighted material and artwork that isn't yours will also not make the cut!

• What are the entry requirements?

  We have basic requirements for sending designs such as using a maximum of 8 colours and sizing specs to be followed, etc... Check our full Submission Terms here and check it out!

• Can I submit a design?

  Anyone can! If you think you have it in you, simply ‘Join Us’, create your profile and download the Submission Pack from the Design Pool tab.

• What are the terms of submission for designs?

  You can find them here.

• Can I create my own profile on Limitedtshirts.com?

  Yes. Every user creates their own profile with plenty of cool features! It only takes a minute.

• Can I resubmit a design if I’m not happy with the score?

  You can resubmit it after 30 days but there needs to be definite changes. it is then up to our discretion whether to re-enter it into the pool.

Product Info

• What fabric do you use for your tees?

  We use American Apparel.

• What sizes do they come in?

  Male: S, M, L, XL. Female: S, M. We are going to extend our sizes in the near future.

• Do you have a sizing chart?

  Yes, please click here to view our sizing chart.

• What happens when a tee is sold out?

  When a tee is sold out it will never come back to our store, we only sell limited exclusive quantities of each design.

• Do you do re-prints?

  No sir. That is what maintains the limited in limitedtshirts.com

• What’s the best way to take care of my tee?

  Wear the hell out of it. If you decide to wash it every now and then do so in cold water and hang it to dry.

• Do I need to join to buy a tee?

  Yes. With good reason: we rule and we are assuming you do as well. Why not join and rule together? It could only be epic.
